    Feeling good using this stuff, no major changes, definitely not lie AAS,patience is paramount, on the third eek I can definitely notice changes, definitey loing fataound lower abs where im jabbing it, nothing major but as I got to pinthere is not as uch fat asthere was, when i'm training andget a pump my arms and shoulders look so ripped its like there 3d, however they are pretty ripped away. I always feel wide awake, I could wake up after two hours sleep and I instantly would feel ready for the day. its good, just dont expct anabolic reultsunless our using a lot of i, that said, anyone experenced, what do you thin about uping to 8iu ed, wsn't looking for anabolic effects from GH as gt my test 250 in just over a month, but any fedback.

    Well its been a month now, all the sides are still here, only new one is that my hands feel really tight, really tight, its not hard to clench a fist but it feels much more difficult than normal, l;ike im out in the cold. I am definitely noticing the breakdown of fat around my lower abs where im pinning it. Again, no major changes however I wasnt expecting them.

    I feel stronger, all my weights are going up as I feel more like pushing myself.

    Nothjing major to report though, no weight increase or weight loss.

    {week 5}

    Five weeks in, training feels great, nothing phases me, feel stronger, not massively but with what was a struggle before is now a walk in the park.

    Skin is clear, I suffer bad acne on face and it has cleared up great, still have a few minor break outs but nothing major.

    fat is melting away slowly from the midsection.

    still waking up each mornign feeling fresh. Its a good feeling.

    {week 6}

    No dramatic changes,

    my chest feels fuller, still suffering the usual sides, legs seem to be getting worse, not too bad though but as im sat down all day i more frequently feel the urge to move and get the blood pumping.

    arms feel soo ripped. so do shoulders.

    still feeling weel rested.

    its all good, my mum said the other day 'son, your really filling out' yet there is no real weight changes ? maybe I look fuller ? It's hard to call. I feel fuller and do look bigger but weight is the same ?

    had a barbeque, had like thirty people over and they were all saying that I look in real good shape, my abs are showing, not really cut but there there, havent so well this weekedn because of bbq but im still feeling good, went on the lash sunday night, woke up on mionday feeling fresh and still trained, thats a first.

    still feeling full, weight is the same, strength has slightly increased, nothing dramatic though.

    With this compound patience is somethig that ytou need to have in abundance, it is good though, still feeling the sides, knees dont ache but sometimes feel like im walking on air as my feet are numb.

    sleep quality is still great, used to wake up hunbgry and eat but rarely do now.

    week 8 (86kg)

    back in the game, still looking lean, sleep is not great anymore as started on the test blend (onerip 250) and t4 and t3. in one week weight went up a kilo, thinking it is water from the test although it is supposed to not have water retention as a side apparently.

    strength has gone crazy, throwing big weights around with ease, good form, feel great in the gym, bar a couple guys im in the best shape there.

    my brother has recommended i use zma to help sleep, also someone else metioned it is better to sink the t3 and t4 before bed as opposed to first thing in the morning.

    feeling a little water retention though, definitely, around the chest. hoping it will go.

    {week 9}

    not the best week, spent four days in amsterdam going up in smoke and eating shit, shit shit, body needed it though, weight has gone up to 89kg.

    So strong though, incline pressing 50kg dumbells for fifteen reps with ease, all lifts are up, looking a lot bigger, test must be kicking in hard.

    want to step up to 8 ius for just a month, does amyone know if this will effect gains, will it allow me to stack on more muscle? reason i ask is because my carbs are low as im looking to burn fat......sounds like a stupid question but im putting weight on, although probably water so thinking could an 8iu month bump give some good results or should i stick out at 4iu?

    anyway, feeling wedge, looking pretty ripped,

    while im here, any tips on getting a massive chest as this is my weakest, well not weakest but most out of shape, the lower part flags a little, i have been advised not to do decline and stick to flat and build it u that way, but from where i used to be really overweight i have stubborn fat at my lower chest which f**ks with the shape.

    anyway, all good, stronger, weights good, in good shape.
