    HIIT Training right after weights...

Hey what should be the maximum amount of time of cardio should be done after weights to minimize the muscle loss that usually happens. Also should what heart rate range should I be in so I don't lose muscle. My target heart rate is 147 to 172.

Best amount of protein to cut down after workout?? I heard 35 gram is the most the body can use at one time. Right now I am drinking one cup of raw milk with one scoop of whey isolate.

I dont think there will be a significant muscle loss by doing HIIT after working out.. Have you tried in the morning?

I would take my protein after the cardio..

Stick with around 20 minutes of HIIT three times a week, any more than that and you need to check your diet bro. As for protein take in 20 grams with some carbohydrate closer to 2-4 hours post-workout to maximize IGF-1 and test release for as long as possible. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE ANOTHER GYM RAT DRINKING A PROTEIN SHAKE ON THE WAY OUT OF THE GYM! It is pointless do some research.

^^agree w the 20 min maybe 30. I don't know about wait time on the shake, I always drink my 50 protein and 1cup oats on the way outa the gym. Then I eat a meal 1-2hrs after that. Depending on your protein needs. Guess this rat needs to research, to bad bigbuck didn't say ware to look? I'm interested!

i disagree, post workout nutrition is a crucial part of any diet, sure if your tanked up on like 5 meals pre workout then its not AS important, but 2-4 hours is bad advice, i think its you who needs to do research my friend

personaly i dont like doing cardio after weights coz im so ****ed....

try separating cardio and weights if muscle loss is a concern...

you really have to gauge this type of thing for your self, try different amounts here and there, see what works for you mate....

IMO, morning cardio on empty is best, it works for me, i do it 3 times a week on bulk cycles, and everyday when im cutting...remember diet plays a big role in getting lean, cardio is just another way of speeding up the proccess...

I did a little research on this today. Insulin, igf1, and gh... its very important to replenish glicogen levels directly after training. When you spike it releasing insulin it shuffles nutrients into muscles. And also relieses gh igf1. Its in the stickies! I used to spike mine with baby food sweet potatoes along time ago and have recently been doing it. I started monday BUT I usually don't lift real heavy during the week because of my job. I train f,s,s and w so ill be able to tell in a few weeks I think? I had good results along time ago and I was a bit bigger???
