daily food intake consists of
Breakfast: wholegrain cereal
Snacks: Turkey and chicken sandwich
Lunch: Chicken breast
Snacks: pro max bar
Dinner: sirloin steak, veg
snacks: protein shake
Before bed: cottage cheese and casein whey protein shake

I appreciate the advise on diet and i will listen and adjust my diet on what you guys recommend but can someone advise me on the mentioned cycle as i've just bought it :P haha so...
