What would be a good safe first cycle 45 years old

Six weeks is too short IMO, Go 10-12 weeks. The test won't kick in for a few weeks, and if you stop at 6 weeks you will really only have 3 weeks of being "ON".

I'd stick with the cypionate for your 1st cycle, less sticks to worry about IMO..

So a short ester or stick with Testcy for 10 to 12 weeks? I am loving the fact you guys are trying to help me out thanks.

well i would have to agree with bjj a shorter ester in my personal (opinion)
at your age i mean who knows what kinda of sides or what could go wrong and in that event i would take having to pin my self more then having to wait 2 weeks for it to get out of my system..
