    Its just anxiety and adrenaline. make sure if your doing your glute, your leg is on the point of ur toes behind you so the muscle is relaxed. Also if you go in at all with the needle make sure u change needles because after you go in, the needle is contaminated.

    I think contaminated might be the wrong word; he may mean not sterile.

    I had the faintness when I first started. Trying relaxing / breathing

    As far as sterility goes, if you swabbed its probably okay but if you do anything with the needle and need to do something else, you need another needle. That includes changing spots cause one didn't work out and after drawing it into the barrel.

    Yes, iv read "Just to be safe" change the needle. There was a post on here specifically about that. I remember there being a picture showing of a guy who got an infection, "abscess" which had to be surgically removed. The pictures where horrific. But yeah by all means you'll probably be fine. But like i said .10 cents for a new needle is a better price than going through all of that.
