at 23% body fat, I'd be doing cardio every day if I were you.

Or at least 6 days a week.

What's your current training and cardio schedule like?

I fast walk for two hours and 35 minutes and i tend to jump to touch stuff and run every now and then while im doing it.

Ok thanks for the advice, so in your opinion when do you think i should start doing weights?

Right away mate. Do everything... don't walk for 2 hours, run for 2 hours! Put your back into it and the fat will come off quick. Mind over matter. Been there, done that before. But you must also put your brain into it and have an adequate diet!
