Thanks for the help, i know im too young of course but i wanted to anyways, just like the 100 other 20 and 21 yr olds i know doing it, its tempting to not do it when your life consists of eating, working out and working and working out.
i still have one bottle left so should i bring it down to 500mg ew and spread it out over all of september? i went with the amateur mind sent, more test = better lol now i know
the strength is unbelievable though, when ppl see this 6"2 only 180lb guy with no fat at the gym curling the bench bar with a 45lb plate on each side then benching over 2 plates and squating 3 and so on, it mkaes me feel great and just the feeling of it, im a really laid back and happy guy but this stuff makes me 10x more
when im off cycle im really just gunna have to up the cals i guess 5k a day? and more protein like 2gs per pound of body weight
if anything its tought me disipline, i was an alcoholic 4 time sa week partyn n drinkin, havent had a sip of alcohol in 3 months ans going to bars sober isisnt fun but i still do it lol im atg the gym mon-fri with sat and sun off and i ntrain seriously with 2 of my brothers firends currently in IFBB contests yearly

yea i get it but im already 10 weeks in, cant go back in time and NOT juice so i dnt really care or need to know what i DID wrong but rather what i can do better in the future for training/diet and another cycle
btw no sides yet, just minor acne but hardly noticble
im not sure what u mean by " i dont know the basics of diet and training" when i was not on juice i gained weight consistantly and gained strength and endurance in all my weight exercises wether it was going up 2.5 lbs a week or 5 and 1 pound gained a week or half a pound so if thats not knowing the basiscs then i dnt know what is, its bodybuilding not bodyunbuilding, im confused but please clarify what u mean, thanks!
it wasent fast enough for me lol, plus the feeling on it is great ( look, emotions, sex e.t.c)and it help me quit drinking and doin rec drugs
also its just too tempting to someone whos life evolves around the gym and now im in college for fitness and health/personal training
simply put, the positives outweighed the negatives.
what do you think about test e/ deca and eq/ dbol for a nice bulk cycle, my next one of course
