Well I will say if it works for you and you feel safe with it then it's all good. I didnt mean to come across so negative and as for the triceps note that was from what I read about it but yeah it makes sense it depends on the grip, wide vs narrow.
I have just never seen any BIG guys doing it but then again I dont have any big guys at my gym...
