    CGBP your hands should be shoulder width apart IMO and come down to where it comfortable (not always touching chest).

    thats how i like then, 12-14 inches apart

    i still prefer off the floor tho, seems to keep the strain off delts and on triceps

    I feel that CGBP should only come as deep as when doing floor presses, thats one reason i now use floor presses
