Thread: what would be the outcome of doing a cycle and then not cycling again?

    you bench 315 at 170? would like to see a vid of that lol but nice one anyway..
    Ill put in my two penny im sure others will give you there advice. Usually for a first cycle someone would make the biggest gains if you were to cycle properley. Your right to go with test e Im doing a similar cycle which is my forst @ 300mg/week and so far Ive made big gains so its up to you 300 I find is fine.
    You mentioned 284 grams of protein is that a week a month what? and same with your cals??
    I didnt understand what you meant by i am only 170 and its pretty difficult for me to put on more muscle weight i think i am a ecto meso muscle volume still seems to come but the actually muscle weight gains seem to be very very slow and even if i do bulk it seems i gain mainly fat at that point '' maybe you could make it clearer.
    Many guys will tell you not to touch juice if you havent reached your 'potential' yet. I would agree to a point and advise you to wait until you find it hard to make any gains what soever. But thats really your choice and we'll help you along the way Im sure. If you cycle right and your pct is correct which it doesent look like.... importantly keeping your doeses as low as possible for a first cycle as the second cycle will usually need as much (but usually a little more than the first), you will have a greater chance of keeping your gains. This is where the choice of gear will come in to play. Anavar is a great novice drug that will dramatically increase your strength in the gym. Most of the gains you will see with it , you will be able to keep. You might decide to go with your origianl idea of test e which is not known especially for the ability to let users keep thier gains as water weight is a big factor. Like I said research as much as you can, only you can make the decision to go ahead with something just make sure you know what the heck you are doing, good luck and any questions just ask and il do my best to answer...

    thanks for the help im not trying to sound impressive or anything but i really can bench 315 when i was a freshman in highschool i benched 240 and set a record for my highschool i should say this isnt with competition lifting form i would be using my back to get up 315 the reason i decided to do 500 is because i would like would really like to do just one cycle and then maintain my physique from there so i wanted to make it not a cycle that would be considered rediculous or over kill but just pretty solid

    basically what i was saying with the 170 part that you put in bold is that for me to make muscle weight gains like adding pounds of muscle to my frame its very difficult but i do make gains in muscle volume which when i say that i mean that my muscle size and fullness still increases it just doesnt seem to translate onto the scale

    as for the 284 grams protein everything i posted about my diet in the above post was a day i take in 3100 calories a day 284 grams protein a day 234 grams carbs a day and 90 grams fats a day all from clean sources

    as far as reaching natural potential i still dont want to claim iv hit my absolute natural potential because with time i think gains are always possible but i have hit a point in which it is much harder to gain any muscle weight and get beyond 170 my strength still increases not as fast as before but its pretty steady none the less most of my lifts are pretty high considering my weight and size so its hard for me to decide as based on strength

    honestly my strength is at a point that i almost not concerned with it although i know the only way to make the size gains is to keep moving up in the weights i feel that my strength is far higher than my mass indicates a reason for this may be that when i was younger i worked out for strength only and still now i fidn the max ot routine most effective which is all low reps high weight although it does give me good mass gains

    i havnt looked into anavar too much used to look into ph's a lot more but iv been getting more enlightened on steroids because i feel they produce better more maintainable gains any opinions on this?
