    No but Tamoxifen would when treating PgR related gyno.

    My point is controlling estrogen, helps to control progesterone. But you know that.

    You think compounds such as, RU-486 (mifepristone) are needed with compounds that are full agonists of the PgR then?

    For those that are unlucky enough to develop gyno as a result of PGR activation even in the absence of elevated estrogen levels.
    When PGR is activated mammary epithelial cells act paracrinely to induce more neighboring cell branching. So I would say a PGR antagonist would be needed.

    In the absence, yes. Buts thats extremely rare.

    What's going to increase PgR levels in the absence of estrogen though?

    Tren alone? With good cycle planning, the example(s) your about to give shouldnt exist IMHO. Unless I'm missing something.
