In the first 60 days I dropped 17lbs down to 178lbs!! ....Now wait!!... in the next 50 days (two weeks of recovery after the 90 day program) I gained 25lbs of muscle NO SH*T!!! I'm now 211lbs 8-9% BF doing YogaX, Plyometrics, twice a week to stay fit but I think I've hit my limit. I've never done any steroids But am now considering a cycle of test and deca. My buddies swear it will add another 15 to 20 lbs.
I'll tell you I've worked my ass off to get were I am, and really never considered doing any steroids until now. I've done some research on PCT I'm still a little unsure. My Best friend has been trying to get me to do this for years and is gonna give me the stuff for free... I dunno any thoughts??
