struggling with hcg

ok so say i run it starting week 4, do i start taking nolva 10mg a day from week 4 aswel
the bit im most confused about is when i get to the end of my cycle, do i up the dose of hcg until i start the nolva and clomid then stop taking the hcg

I would start the nolva as to provide the block for all the extra estrogen. And 10mg seemed to be enough for me.
I would contiune HCG until the ester for the drugs you are on are out of your system. 14 days I think. At that end I would then start your pct as you have outlined above.
