It isn't about the weight that you are lifting, this is very hard to get over, but you need to get over it, we are building a base for the future, do it exactly as written and you will grow and have a base built to grow on for years to come without injury.
As far as your friend, four weeks of anything is not a cycle, it's a waste. The only thing I know about PCT is the clomid, I also like nolvadex. Just something for the gyno and something to kick the body's testosterone production back into play.
