    * Lean protein in EVERY meal (so no more of these apple or orange meals) - 4-6oz, depending on your caloric needs

    * Complex carb or healthy fat in every meal - I personally like to keep them separate as much as possible. So my meals will be pro/carb, or pro/fat. I like pro/carb early in the day and/or centered around my workout window, and pro/fat later in the evening when there's less requirement for energy.

    * Eat real food - you're getting the majority of your protein from shakes, milk, etc. You will not see gains this way.

    * Start including fiberous/leafy green veggies in your meals - as much as possible.

    * Keep the majority of your carbs complex - you are currently getting WAY too much sugar. While it is healthy, fruit isn't necessarily a great choice for somebody on a BBing diet. At the end of the day, it's still just sugar, and you can be getting more quality carbs from another source. This goes for all the milk you're drinking as well

    * FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO EAT. Based on your stats, I have your maintenance calories figured at around 2200/day. I would suggest you make a diet based on 2700 cals/day, with a 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fat) split. It's a good starting point, but you will definitely need to monitor closely and make adjustments as needed.

    Let's see what you got!!

I was trying to get home as fast as possible to get your reply. That's a lot of change, but I'm gonna work on that. Unfortunately I have been doing it the wrong way for years. You gave me a great direction which I'm sure will make the change that I want.

I'll come up with a new diet and I'll start it next week, but I would love to ask you more few things please. First of all my training time will be early, cuz I don't wanna lose my energy during the day and go to the gym like a lazy.

My plan is getting a great breakfast then go to the gym. When I get there I have a pro shake (30g) before I start. When I'm done I get another 30g Then I go get a real meal around 2 hours later (or should I make earlier).
I'm just wondering what is the right thing to do when it comes to eat before and after workout? Is it ok to keep 30 pro pre and post workout or should I get only 60g post workout?
What you suggested is around 270g of protein daily, is it ok if I get a 100g of them from shakes?

I understand that you didn't accept this training routine :
Sat: Chest (Cardio 6 hours later)
Sun: Back (Cardio 6 hours later)
    Mon: Cardio
    Tues:Biceps - Triceps (Cardio 6 hours later)
Wends: Deltoids - Legs (Cardio 6 hours later)
    Thurs: Cardio
    Fri: Off

So how do you want me to change it?
I'll be using these supplements: Pro Complex, Casien and Creatine. is that good enough?

I know I'm asking so many Qs so please forgive for that and I really do appreciate your help and any help I get from others.

THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH BRO, THAT WAS REALLY REALLY HELPFUL.

    Glad I could help!

    Mine is early too, 5:30am

If you eat a 'great breakfast' (i'd like to see the meal), I really don't see a need for another shake when you get to the gym. Try to eat the preworkout meal/breakfast at least an hour before working out. I think the 60g protein would be better used PWO.

As for shakes - I will just say try to eat as much real food as possible. A shake is better then nothing, so if you have to, go for it. I generally only find them acceptable first thing in the morning, PWO, and possibly before bed (casein).

Honestly, we'd need to come up with a complete routine. You showed me your split, but not routine. I don't even see a chest day?

I wouldn't use the pro complex, eat real food. Add fish oil caps and multivitamins. Also consider BCAA's, and possibly glutamine.
