10:00 am : 3 whole eggs (18g protein) + cup of milk + 24g casien
11:00 am : (pre workout) 30g protein
12:00 pm : (post workout) 30g whey + fruits
02:00 pm : half liter of milk (13g protein) + fruits
04:30 pm : meat or turkey (55 g protein) + salad with olive oil
07:00 pm : 1 hour cardio
07:00 pm : half liter of milk (13g protein) or yogurt (12g protein) or tuna (33g protein)
09:30 pm : orange or apple
11:00 pm : 24g casien

So it is around 210g protein.
I drink 3 liters of water everyday.

The actual scoop for my protein supplement is 60g, I split it to before and after workout, is that a good idea or I should get the whole 60g after my workout?
One other thing, should I add more calories when I'm on a cycle or keep it the same way?

I have never used steroids, I'm thinking of stacking dbol and var.
