This. And for the record, he rarely lifted weights; he always stuck to situps, pushups, and pullups. Truly a freak of nature.

It's well known that he never lifted weights. At 225 lbs, he ran a 10.2 100m, almost made the olympic martial arts and sprint teams, competed in the 1992 olympics on the bobsled team and earned a top ten finish, and even danced ballet. The guy is just a one in a billion freak.

I was fortunate enough to attend almost every home football game he played in during his college days.He is truely one of the most amazing running backs ive ever seen play. It was just unreal to see a man that big move that fast.

Genetics ftw. Reminds me of an experience in highschool. I was pretty much the strongest most built mofo with the excepetion of one dude. That dude didn't touch weights and plays in the NFL today. I asked him how he did it. He told me he did lots of pushups, situps, and sprints. Muscle would fall off me if that was my routine lol.

It was said that he was probably the only kid that could have went straight from high school into the NFL. He was that big, strong, fast, and talented.
