He started in the USFL for the the Philadelphia Stars.....then to the Cowboys. He still looks bad-a$$
he's well known in my neck of the woods

He's probably one of the greatest athletes to ever live.
It's well known that he never lifted weights. At 225 lbs, he ran a 10.2 100m, almost made the olympic martial arts and sprint teams, competed in the 1992 olympics on the bobsled team and earned a top ten finish, and even danced ballet. The guy is just a one in a billion freak.
I'd like to see him on Bully Beat Down putting some whupazz on a bully.
Damn im half his age and dont even look half as good as that. Trully amazing condition for a 48yr old. Unreal.
was always a fan of dat gawgia boy...nice post hogg
Guys guys guys. its called genetics.
i can still see the pics of him doing pushups with hot women sitting on his back (his wife included)
Guys a beast. Is that you in the pic with him Hogg
Freaking massive.
Awwww..... Vinnie the Chin could whoop his asss!~
what a beast
there can be no arguement now with HGH look what it can do WOW great genetics with some science looks like he was made in a lab lol
Got that big from that routine.........FREAK
yea I have always heard he never used weights. Unreal genetics.
I heard the athletes in Flex are all natural, but they hit the weights hard. Walker looks like that without even the weights? I find that impossible to believe.
Yeah, I was kidding about the first thing.
Was just remembering back in his playing days didnt he rip a car door off to save some1? something like that?
so he still doesnt lift weights? only body weight exercises?
If he was that big on that little resistance routine, he could have been another Ronnie (as long as he responded well to AAS).
Freak.
I love hearing and reading about absolute genetic freaks.
Correct me if im wrong but I believe this is a REPOST.
Agreed. They are probably the two best athletes still alive. OJ Simpson could be another one. Just my opinion though, but those three guys had a combination of size, speed, and strength that was just unreal.
As far as Bo, it was playing football that caused his hip injury. It was a routine tackle... freak injury.

Herschel Walker has already had many diverse chapters in a fascinating sports life. He was one of the greatest college football players of all time while at the University of Georgia, an NFL star, an Olympic bobsledder, and most recently, he's dabbled as a mixed martial artist.
But at 48 years old, Walker is still looking to athletically challenge himself, and his latest thought is a doozy: he's considering an NFL comeback.
"I know I can play," Walker said on a Monday conference call that was intended to promote his Jan. 29 Strikeforce MMA match. "If I continue to stay in the shape I'm in now, I know I can play when I'm 50. Right now, if you asked if I can play today, there's absolutely no doubt in my mind I can play football today, that I can help out a team today.
"I 100 percent guarantee you I can help a football team out," Walker continued.
Walker, who is 1-0 in mixed martial arts and will face Scott Carson in San Jose, Calif., said his MMA training has him in better shape than when he was in his 20s, when he was wowing crowds in the USFL and later, the NFL.
He said that as recently February 2010, he ran a 40-yard dash in 4.38 or 4.39.
"I haven't been doing my track work, but I think if I get back into my track work and the way I run, I can still run pretty well," he said.
The oldest man to play in the NFL was quarterback/kicker George Blanda, who was 48 during the 1975 season. Only two running backs -- Hall of Famers Jim Thorpe and Ken Strong -- have played in the NFL after their 40th birthday.
Walker is a two-time former Pro Bowler, who played for Dallas, Minnesota, Philadelphia and the New York Giants in a 12-year NFL career. He retired after the 1997 season with 18,168 all-purpose yards, still good for eighth all time.
The Georgia-born Walker said if he came back, he'd like to do it in Atlanta, to have the chance to play at home.
"I still say I may try out for football again and show people I can do that, because I want to be the George Foreman of football and come back and do it one more time," he said.
As for the current NFL season, Walker said he expects the Pittsburgh Steelers to prevail over the Green Bay Packers in the Super Bowl.
"Both teams are playing great," he said. "Aaron Rodgers is playing absolutely incredible. But Pittsburgh has that great defense where they're going to try to shut down the run and force Aaron to throw it, then put the pressure on him. They've always done that.
"Ben [Roethlisberger] is playing really well, too. I've been surprised at how well he's moving in the pocket. He does so well getting loose and throwing the ball. I think Green Bay's going to try to blitz and keep him in there, but I'm giving the edge to Pittsburgh."
sure he is in unreal condition, and he is an athletic freak, but he would be done by halftime if he tried to come back to the NFL.

My guess is he could still be a great 3rd down back for some teams out there. It sucks he never hit it as big in the NFL like he did in college. Just one bad offensive line after another.
Not only that but when Bo Jackson was a kid he got pissed at some guy and followed him into the woods with a rifle. He hid behind a tree and took aim then at the last second he changed his mind and went home. Talk about changing history with one decision.
