Duckhombre- Thank you for this post because this is what I've been wanting to hear all along ! I would much prefer to take them at 21+ instead of now. And if I know I still have the same potential and have not left it to late that is great because I can wait without worrying . I know I have the desire but the 'it' as you put it will just have to wait and see. People at the gym and a couple of top BB trainers have said I have very good potential but I dont know like I say we will see lol :P.. wish me luck! I'm sorry to hear that you have had alot of side effects and hope they clear up for you and wish you the best of luck . Thanks.

yeah and according to him you're sposed take tren at mg per lb body weight, must be a diff universe somewhere where the 800lb bb'ers can handle it.

be careful who you listen to on here

I have read/heard that 21 is about the right age from lots of different people and lots of different forums. Not just him . Dont you think starting at 25+ is leaving it a bit late to get to the top in bodybuilding? Thanks

you are still developing up till the age of 25yrs. im sure alot of the top knowledgable guys on here are members of diff forums and i wouldnt think the age varies from forum to forum, its scientific fact.

what are your maxs in bench, squat and dlift?
put up pics and lets us see where you are at

That bench press stat was actually 12 months ago and I haven't attempted to beat it yet because I injured my shoulder and it's only just got better I will train hard so I can get upto 405 bench press haha . The other 2 lifts were about 6-7 months ago and I will also attempt to beat them soon

Well I dont really max out but these are what I have done .. Bench: 225lbs for 6. This is by far my weakest. Squat- 330lbs for 5. Deadlift 405 for 2 or 495 for 1. Haven't gone for max lifts for a while and those lifts were about 6 months ago so I expect are a bit higher now but when I attempt them and find out I will post it . I haven't any pics on here to send you at the moment but I will try and get some and link you them. Thanks.

i really dont mean to discourage you, but with those lifts i'd say you're very far from ever being a pro mate. very little are gifted enough to make it. i'd honestly say, leave the gear out for at least 6yrs, you've plenty natty ability at your age and will continue to have for along time, i lifted natty from age 17 and didnt really max out til i was 30-31 and with better early dietary knowledge i could have done alot better. and tbh steroids didnt blow me up half as much as i though they would. there wasnt any top notch resource like the internet then, when i started, take advantage of it and get tht diet perfected. creatine, aminos, hmb, zma and multivits re all you need on top of a solid diet. dont rely heavily on shakes either, twice a day is plenty

thts a major weight diff btween a double and a single dlift?

dec11- Dont worry you haven't . The bench press was done with less than a years proper knowledge about nutrition and training and only just 17. And a 495 deadlift at 17 and a half isn't that bad surely? The reason there's a big difference is the 405 for 2 was done at the end of a back workout and the 495 for 1 was done at the start of the workout a few weeks later. But for me it's more about muscle growth than strength, which I seem to do ok in .
