everything is tight except my belly what to do?

Have a dilemma about the "fluff" in my belly area. Nowhere else do i have a problem with fat except in the mid section. I need to know what is the best remedy to get rid of this midsection fat without losing any muscle. I am all natty right now and dont want to lose any size anywhere else then the tummy. Its crazy that i have vascularity in my arms and shoulders but have a layer of fat on my stomach. What should i do?

I have the same problem, certain people just tend to store fat around their midsection more than others. Diet is key to getting rid of that and as for cardio I would suggest steady state morning cardio on an empty stomach with a protein shake or BCAA's to preserve muscle.

For some it is a matter of genetics.
Only one solution after having tried them all...

can't wait to use it.. i made some homebrew of tren e 175 and test e 300.. my buddy ran 2ml of each for ten weeks and went from 97kg to 104kg and lost 3.5" on his waist.. in just ten weeks..this was his 7th cycle too, so he was already in good shape. i got another month and a half before i can run it since i only finished my last cycle 9 weeks ago

ive the same prob, im quite cut and heavily muscled up top but my stomach holds fat alot more, i can see abs and obliques in the morn but by evening i'd have to flex to see em, its just bloat accentuating the fat layer. i like kawi's remedy lol

Those neoprene waist trimmer belts work well for reducing the fat in that area.

Absolutely... the pressure and additional heat in that area helps to burn off unwanted body fat.

Nope... they actually do work but you have to wear them almost 24/7 for a few weeks before you'll see any results.

maybe with water retention because it makes you sweat since you feel like a stuffed sausage with one on x83 but in no way will it burn fat. Sorry man

If you're carrying some water retention around your waist, the compression of the belt will help push the fluid into the lymphatic system so it can drain. If you don't fix the cause of the water retention will come back. By trapping in heat, the waist belt encourages blood circulation to the area as a result; the body burns fat from this area more effectively during exercise.

I would imagine they work well for women's legs especially if they have a problem with cellulite but wouldn't recommend them for your face unless you cut some breathing holes out.
