Hey there I've been on a kept cut for last 8 weeks, i am 194lbs @ 8%bf trying to get few % leaner but hold and gain muscle I have. iM GOING ON A 8 WEEK CYCLE OF TEST PROP IN THE NEAR FUTURE, I WAS WONDERING IF I should stay on keto and increase calories a bit while "using" or should I start introducing carbs back into my diet and hit heavy carbs/protein/medium fats?
Any body have exp with this ?
