Sure you can run a keto type diet while on cycle. I've done it, but my keto diet still incorporates carbs at certain times.
No, you won't gain 25+lbs, but if you want some lean gains, then keep your cals higher (mostly through fat intake), and keeping carbs around pre, post, and even post-post work out meals.
Keto diets when run the right way aren't unhealthy, you certainly won't die from them. LMAO.
