    I have done this routine, although it claimed 30lbs at that time. It is okay if you can handle the volume at that intensity. I did make gains, but my progress slowed drastically around week 8. I won’t do it again, but my training partner loves it and has ran through twice.

    alot of your results will depend on how high you are up on your bench too.. someone with a 225 bench will get to 275 much easier than they will get from 275 to 325..

    I think the program is for people under 350lbs. .

    I plugged in 485lbs for me; I would blow a shoulder doing heavy lifting twice a week for seven weeks and a 110% negative once a week.
