i do my own research and no its not word-of-mouth research. i go by what my trainer tells me because it works, he gets good results. u can do it ur way and get results, i do things my way and get results, 6 or 1 half a dozen of the other. and im not saying fructose is as readily available for absorbtion as dextrose or maltodextrin but they give u TO high of an insulin spike. u want a little, not a lot. thats why fruit does the job best.
