Although many will be opposed to using short esters because of the EOD or ED pinning, that is the only downside and the advantages are many. For one if sides occur you can adjust your dosage and see changes in blood levels very quickly. This is very important for a first time user, of equal importance PCT from a short straight test cycle will be a breeze as the body will only be shut down for a short period. What I have suggested to new users unsure of pinning is if they are not financially challenged go ahead and buy 3 bottles of Prop and 3 bottles of Enan or Cyp if after pinning for 5 days you decide that short esters and frequent pinning are not your thing then go ahead and switch to a standard long cycle with the long ester. However I have had 3 people do a first cycle with prop and ED injections and none of them have been unable to complete the cycles although one did move from 500mg to 400mg due to test-flu symptoms. All three used Torem only in PCT and all recovered very well and very quickly with no unpleasent sides which are so common with Clomid and Nolva.
I am on TRT now myself but if not I would still be using short cycles as I feel the advantages you see in recovery are too great to be overlooked, you can implement these in any way you please. That is you can either use Time on + PCT = Time off or you can use the 4 on 4 off system that the guy outlines, obviously the 4 on 4 off will strain your system but probably less than two 12wk cycles and your kept gains will probably be greater.
As far as reccomending TrenA to first time users, I really don't think that's a good idea. Always better to find out how your body reacts to one compound before adding a second. Particularly when you are only talking a 4-6 wk cycle, its not like you are talking loosing half a year like you would with a 10wk cycle.
