Thread: Getting too big?? advice please

    wtf, im srs bro, i have been training like a crazy for the last 2 years, so i guess all my receptors were yearning for it. by quads just wobble when i walk atm. its not so much lean muscle ive gained just mass.

    im seriusly anaolic atm and can constantly feel myself twitching. im eating 4 x 400g cans of tuna every day 1 chicken and lots of whole grain pasta.

    also the stuff i got was in a clear vial, no lable, so it could be animal grade or something, but the prop symptoms are all there:sore pinning spot, fast acting

    im new to all this so i need serius advice. i think im holding a shit load of water, but dont know exactly how to determine just how much

    man, no way have you put on 12kgs in one week, unless you've been eating concrete, you'd doing well to put that on by the end on a good cycle

    I can put on 5lbs in one day with a carb load, I dont think 5lbs in a week is out the question by any means. Had he said he put on 5lbs of muscle I would agree but 5lbs of bodyweight is relatively easy to do.

    jez, i could never gain that bad weight in a week even with a shitty diet
