It's vitamin B5 you should be able to get it from just about anywhere, no scrip needed its just a vitamin. My acne problem is strictly due to genetic reasons (thanks dad!) and if yours is as well I hope this can help you.

But if your trying to take a preemptive strike at a possible acne outbreak from the side effects of AAS, you should SERIOUSLY listen to the vets/mods that are telling you that you are too YOUNG and SMALL to get and real benefit from using AAS yet. Look into food, it gets you huge and has no side effects.
