    My LISS is based on heart rate. 130-145 BPM for me.

    Low intensity steady state cardio (LISS). It is based of a percentage of your maximum heart rate (MHR). MHR = 220 - age. Take this number and multiply by .60 (60% and .70 (70%) and this is your range that you want to keep you heart rate in while performing LISS. An example of LISS is walking on the treadmill at an incline of 10 at 3.5-4.0 mph for 30 minutes. This normally has my heart rate around 130 bpm which is right in my target range.

    I must be a bit older than you because mine is 115-133 bpm
