Do you think losing 1lb of fat per week is really hard and needs clen and t3 to make it happen? Going by his numbers he only needs to drop 12lbs of fat to reach his stated goal. If he works his tail off he can do it in 8 weeks, 12 weeks should not be a problem at all and can be accomplished with nothing more than cardio and diet.
(185 @ 16% BF =155.4 lean) 155.4 lean @ 173lbs =10.2% bodyfat.
