Good advice, if that doesn't motivate you nothing will. You have to do it for yourself or you will be back where you are after you get in the next relationship. Dont do it so you can go find another chick. Enjoy the extra benefits from being in shape but dont do it for that reason. I looked in the mirror a little over 3 years ago and said who the fvck is that. Now when I look in the mirror I recognize the reflection.

Sorry to hear about the troubles in the past but you cant let those things be an excuse to let yourself go. Yeah we all miss one or two workouts due to life or moods but you cant let it define who you are and what you do. I have been in relationships like that. I have walked away; not always as soon as I should have but I did. Learn from your mistakes and get your ass back in the gym, eating right and enjoying life.

    That´s the motivator.
If it doesen´t work, go gain some more weight until it does.

I´ve been on and off the gym all my life. But, I think 4 years ago, I looked my worst. About 250-260 lbs. (Same weight as now with a 20% difference in BF)

I happened to be sitting on a toilet in a bathroom that had a mirror placed such that I could view myself from the side.........
