Thread: Dead-lifts. WOW!

    Yup. Throw in some BB rows, with superb form, and work hard on leg days....then you'll be able to fill out so much. Because once your legs and back are built, the chest can easily be built. then from there shoulders, arms, etc. It's important to build those bases first. I couldn't understand why my chest wouldn't grow, it was because my back was shitty and underdeveloped. Now that i'm focusing on my back more and really building some muscle there, my chest is starting to play catch up as well.

    It's funny we envy bb's all day long on how huge they are, yet most overlook the foundation they built in order to get that big. Big legs, big back, and the rest will come in due time.

    It took me a VERY long time to understand that wisdom. You just want "it all" so quickly you overlook the steps you MUST go through.

    so true! i been busting my ass to make my chest grow but the progress is so ever slow! another thing i loved about it is it knocked the wind out of me! in other words what a cardio session! i mean hi intensity, it really works most of your body!
