I mean actually focusing on lifts that are specialized for forearms. I understand that get work from your other lifts but from your problem it seems they need a little help. I was in the same boat and its what i did. Until it has been solved though you may want to try straps. They will keep your grip so you can hit the muscle you are focusing on. The only downside is straps will take away from that weight that was previously being supported through your grip which in turn takes away from grip strength
