I will definitely be having a proper diet and workout routine if I will be juicing. I'm just thinking it will give me the extra motivation to eat and exercise more properly. But I would like to know at 5'4" and 38 yrs old, what weight would anyone recommend before I start using juice. I am asking this question cause I want to see how far off I am in weight for my body type before stating it. This will help me by giving me a general idea first. I will work toward the ideal weight first of course. Thanks.

If???? You should already have your diet and workout programs in check years before you start juicing. Besides that, we can't tell you what is the ideal weight to start at since people have different heights and frames. By the way at 140lbs and 14% bodyfat, you really have a lean weight of 120.4 lbs. And if using steroids is your motivation to eat and exercise properly, you're going to fail miserably. My advise to you is train and diet properly for a few years then come back here.

Thanks for the reply, fair enough as I thought. So my question is still unanswered, how much weight should I get to before considering aas? Thanks again.

There is no magic weight. On/off at the gym for 6 years sounds like 3 years of actually being at the gym. You need to put in a good 2 more years at your age of serious training without breaks (maybe 2-3 weeks off out of all 52 for vacation or deload / break). If your not willing to diet properly without steroids then there is no hope for you (Not to offend you). As previously said steroids are no magic injection/pill. Dieting is the foundation to bodybuilding. You would actually look worse after doing steroids from an inadequate diet. I strongly advise you to post your current diet in the diet section and get it improved upon. If you can't gain weight naturally all you will do is bloat like a balloon on steroids.

If I had to guess, I'd say 5"4, 160 lbs, 12% bodyfat would be a good base - honestly though you need small goals. Saying I am gonna go from 140 lbs 15% bodyfat to 160 lbs 12% bodyfat is not a realistic goal at all.

This is the kind of answer I was looking for. I will try to work on building my base before considering ass. Thanks again.
