I still drink on occasion only, like once a month, but have seriously cut down on the saturated fats. Any fats I do eat are mono & polyunsaturated like olive oil and peanut butter. Im supposed to go back for bloodwork but have to wait since im on week 3 of my cycle.
My cholesterol is really low, infact the doctor said im at a lower than low risk of cholesterol related diseases. My blood preassure is also good now since iv'e dropped my weight and i don't really take in any saturated fat, i need to work on getting fat it in to my diet. Iv'e stopped drinking altogether although i never really drank often. How was you diagnosed? Was you having any symptoms and did they say what the cause was?
