    this is very subjective tho alot of things could have played a role.

    True. I was on my 6th or 7th week of Testosterone C when I began this workout;nonetheless, it's a good overall strength program.

    Not sure why the link doesn't work. It is a strength training program developed my Mark Rippetoe. If you google Texas Method, you will find a few variations.
