my diet :
1 : ots + 4 whole eggs + honey + 1\2 liter milk
2 : burgers + potatos + beans + apple juice ( in my college )
3 : chicken breast + rise + salad + honey
4 : the same
5 : like meal ( 1 )
protein shakes before sleeping and after training and in the morning
so what should i take for strength cause i dont care about size as i care about strength ?
also eq will make me eat moreeee
