The last time I had it checked was over the summer after I had surgery and hadn't been lifting any. It was around 25% then. Since then I have been working out but havent had it checked since the summer.

It was due to a shoulder injury from football but the surgery was actually last January and I didnt start lifting again until the summer. But I have been working out hard and havent had any problems with it.
My plan was to start the cycle in January
