    What sort of exercises are you doing atm? Are you over compensating on your left hand side? My whole left side of my body is stronger bigger so I just make sure I watch I don't let my left do all the lifting. You might need to isolate your right side more

    For biceps I do a lot of dumbbell work cuz I have a friend who told me that would help and it has kindof. Regular bicep curls and hammer curls with the dumbbells. then i do a straight bar or e-z bar curl and I do make sure that im not compensating for one but ill probably have to be mroe careful then i usually like to do 2 more biceps workouts with the cable machine, one where i take both my arms and pull them together towards my head like im flexing and then just some cable curls. Do those sound like good workouts to be doing to you?
