    Diet is key. You can train and do all the cardio in the world, but without a solid diet plan you'll never achieve your goals. Go to the the Diet and Nutrition Section and start reading. You would be amazed how much small changes in your diet can change the way your body looks.

    Yea diet has always been a problem for me, especially at work, I'm there 24hrs a day, 3 days a week. At one of the busiest fire houses in Memphis. And ride an ambulance alot where we are gone out of the station for several hours at a time, come back and back out again several hours at a time. With only short intervals in between to try and "grab" something to eat, and its usually not the best. I have been to the diet section though and have been taking notes like crazy. I would still like some help with a good cut routine, just to change things up in the gym. Like I mentioned, being doing same heavy, muscle gain routine for several months.
