    Well unlike u, when I say my stats can b viewed in my profile, u can ACTUALLY view my stats in my profile. But bcuz I'm not a prick with something 2 hide (unlike some people) I will list my stats when asked 4 them: 32 yrs. old / 6'-2" / 235 - 240 lbs. / 10 - 11% BF / 14 yrs. training exp. / 3 cycles completed. I would luv 2 hear ur advice SG2009, I'm on the edge of my seat awaiting ur wisdom........................

    You're far too accommodating Bear! However, you did forget do mention how much you bench and squat! LOL
