nothing i love more than the accomplishment of pulling a big deadlift or hitting a big squat and the bar bending. i dont even rate benching as a strength test. i will say that i wouldnt ever want to be above 15% though.
5 out of 7 dancers at the lap club i did said they preferred the strongman/rugby player look over the ripped look any day, go figure!
i think if you have competed in some form or another it changes your outlook on why exactly you train.
