nothing i love more than the accomplishment of pulling a big deadlift or hitting a big squat and the bar bending. i dont even rate benching as a strength test. i will say that i wouldnt ever want to be above 15% though.

5 out of 7 dancers at the lap club i did said they preferred the strongman/rugby player look over the ripped look any day, go figure!

i think if you have competed in some form or another it changes your outlook on why exactly you train.

A "Dancer" really? that who's word your taking? lol no offense man but a stripper is not the greatest women to be asking about that kind of stuff....your talking about women who degrade them selfs for a living....im all for a good night out but I think most of us can agree that a stripper is not most women lol I have dated a stripper for fun once and she was no prize lol

and for your info i didnt ask anything, i was told and its to do with every woman's instinct in choosing a partner, 'protection and security' (brown girl, kawi etc please feel free to chime in). unlike ppl like yourself i dont hug a reflection of myself every 5mins or need reassurance that im a 'pretty boy' lol.
