Back story:
Started lifting in late october, went on a a bulk from 91kg to 105kg(today). Haven't gained too much bf I was at 17% when started and I am at about 20%(yes gut). Now I am planning my cut. Planning to start on Jan 2.
The regime:
I will be on strict CKD diet all the time(no point of getting into details). Supps will be whey, multi, zma, pottasium.(cant find taurine supps, If I will get cramps I will drink energy drinks, with no sugar)

Day 1 60mcg
Day 2 60mcg
Day 3 60mcg
Day 4 80mcg
Day 5 80mcg
Day 6 80mcg
Day 7 100mcg
Day 8 100mcg
Day 9 100mcg
Day 10 120mcg
Day 11 120mcg
Day 12 80 mcg
Day 13 80 mcg
Day 14 60 mcg
Then 2 weeks of 40 minute cardio post workout, while I am not on clen(because I can't get ketoitifen)
then repeat for 3 months total.
The goal:
below 10% bf, or until I am satisfied with my definition
