Diet, does play an important role in "losing weight". Just drop your carbs down. Use the clen, and the weight will melt off. and yes, sounds good to me bro. just watch your heart rate. Clen does give you jitters. it would always up my body temperature, it felt like a good 10 degrees, really. so just watch, not a drug to mess with bro. goodluck!
Most would advise you to do 20min HIIT post workout. IMO if you want to do low intensity it would be best to do 45-60 min fasted cardio in the morning. I do Low intensity fasted cardio 3 days a week, and 2 days HIIT post workout on alternating days. But again...that's just my opinion.
Oh and you're still wasting your money with the clen.
