Then I lift 3 days a week and cardio 4 days a week while keeping at around 2500 calories and eventually the abs start to show. Hope that helps.
It does help, ill just eat an extra meal to up carbs/protein/calories. I hate bloat but I guess its the name of the game man! Thanks and thanks J.Vegas
