    long ester test, after 7 weeks on only 5lbs?

    I'll try to ask this and hopefully it will make sense. I will be finishing my 7th week of test enanthate in 2 days. I have gained 5lbs since I've started 195 to 200! I have been doing medium weight along with cardio to help with fat loss and lean muscle gain. I don't notice much of a change so I am assuming my 500mg a week is way under dosed. From week 8 to week 14 be different? (Doing 12 weeks but 14th week will start pct) I realize its a long ester. Does it sound like I'm gaining the right amount of weight already? I just started using liquidex 4 days ago at .25 eod because my nipples itched and I'm holding water weight. Maybe someone will give me an idea on what better to expect the last half of this cycle. Thanks guys
    I'm eating 250g protein/200g carbs,and 100g fat btw

    I'm trying to cut some fat not bulk as much as possible. Let me restate my question " what's the difference between the 1st half of the cycle vs. The last half?"

    Patience grasshopper, it only just started kicking in. I also agree, lift heavier (dont hurt yourself) and up the carbs. If you are loosing fat you have to take that into account for the weight gain.

    From what I know..... I can see more of my abs,however,I'm holding water so I'm assuming not much muscle gain. I try to not lift heavy due to my joints hurting. Last time I maxed bench it was joint pain from hell for a couple days. "If I've gained 5lbs the 1st half then it should be possible to gain 10 the 2nd half?"

    im in the same spot you are, i just started tho but i eat mainly fast carbs before and right after work out, then limit as the night aproaches this way your body uses them insted of storing them, do cardio in the morning with a shake or some kind of healthy carb/protein/fat in your stomach then eat healthy carbs/calories then work out heavy, eat more healthy carbs/proteins/fats then limit your carbs after that but continue with helthy proteins/fats/and small amount of carbs this help me cut the fat and still gain LBS, and also make sure you dont over do cardio 3-4xs a week should be enough.and your body is probably just taking longer to respond to the test, you should see crazy gains with in the next weeks until your done.

    agreed. with test e, it usually doesn't kick in until week 3 or 4 anyways

    yes its possible, but diet and training dependent, not enough nutrients and light weight wont make for big gains, calorie surplus and lift big makes for big gains

    I can feel it,I see slight acne,more vascular but didn't know if all strait up hill from here. Thanks! I eat clean with complx cabs except after PWO! Thanks again guys

    If you are cutting, maybe you have lost a few pounds of fat. If you net gain is five pounds, maybe you have gained eight pounds of muscle and lost three pounds of fat. That is how it worked for me. I would gain muscle and lose fat, so my weight wouldn't change a lot.

    A test e cycle should be 12 weeks. Takes over 4 weeks to kick in, at least with me it does. Also why are you trying to bulk and cut fat at the same time? You will loose your mind dong this. Pick one and stick with it bro. Bulk first then cut during your pct by adding clen to it. I can gain almost 25 pounds a 12 week test e cycle and because of my genetics I keep my vascularity but I get the big belly bloat and there is nothing I can do about it. Then during my pct I add clen to it and an extra day of cardio. I loose maybe 5 pounds from my cycle and although my abs are not cut I do lose the bloat. Then I lift 3 days a week and cardio 4 days a week while keeping at around 2500 calories and eventually the abs start to show. Hope that helps.

    It does help, ill just eat an extra meal to up carbs/protein/calories. I hate bloat but I guess its the name of the game man! Thanks and thanks J.Vegas

    If you still have bloat done forget to drink more water and use less/no salt.

    What do you think about using that No Salt product as a salt alternative? It's potassium rather than sodium. I can't tell the difference, and I hear it can help lower BP, but I haven't noticed it.
