    Any thoughts on which is better? P90X or Insanity? I recently bought Insanity but have no problem going out and getting P90X if it is superior...

    Insanity is pure cardio. You'll cut weight, but there is not a lot of mass/strength/size/muscle to be gained from it. If your only goal is to drops weight, insanity is awesome. I do it in addition to going to the gym some times. Instead of HIIT
