Shall do mate. I've got my diet with macros all done up nicely on an Excel spreadsheet and i'm consuming about 350-400g of protein a day in the form of egg whites, lean meats, whey and casein. My TDEE is just under 3000 cals per day so i'm aiming for 3500 cals a day to begin with so i'll see how we go.
