hey guys
for years ive been doing the single bodypart per day split i.e Monday:chest Tues:back etc etc....
after talking to a mate he suggested i hit body parts twice a week though lessen sets per day
for example monday is chest and back i do 2 exercises for about a total of 6 or so sets for both chest and back and then repeat that later on during the week.
i love this new way of working out and have seen some nice gains.
my question is if i train back and chest twice a week and then train arms on another separate day is this overtraining my arms????? i only ask this because my arms have started to lack a bit in their growth
my arms are the slowest bodypart for me to grow so i dont want to completely cut them out of training
arms is always 2-4 exercises for about 6-8 sets (both bi and triceps) so should i lessen the sets?? or something else??
any advice would be appreciated
