are you frying it yourself or going out for KFC?
In looking at nutritional data on it, it seems that in 130g of fried breaded chicken there are 300 cals and 149 cals are from fat.
I would say no if you are dieting and or trying to get lean, etc. If you love it that much use it as your cheat meal.
Bottom line is: not the healthiest choice, depends on goals, if you have to do....do it in moderation, were all going to die of something.....why not be happy....imo
